Schug Carneros Estate Winery has a legacy to uphold. Not only does it have 40 years of winemaking tradition in Sonoma, but it can trace its roots to a 100-year-old heritage of planting Pinot Noir in Germany back in the 12th Century. That's a lot of history to capture in a label design without looking boring and outdated. As they move through their next chapter, they wanted to redesign their brand, to present their modern outlook whilst maintaining the authenticity they've earned. Working with Schug for many years, we know their story and rich history intimately. They felt we were the best agency able to achieve the balance of old and new they desired. They are now confident their label design sets them up for the future, conveying an open and modern feel with a solid foundation of the past.
